We buy any and all used cds, dvds, and records.

No appointment is necessary, just come in during business hours. If we're busy it may take a little longer for an employee to assess your collection, but we will price out each item individually so you can sell some or all of what you bring in. All cds must be in jewel cases or original packaging with artwork. Missing artwork will bring you a lower price, if any.

Cds bring anywhere from .01¢ to $3. What you'll get depends on supply and demand for your title(s) and condition of the disc and artwork. Supply and demand means if we have 200 copies of R.E.M.'s Monster in stock already and you bring us yours, you'll get a very little for it. Supply is always changing however, and what was once a glut (Green Day Dookie) and brought the minimum, can sometimes have a good run and when supply dwindles because demand increases, your copy of Dookie is suddenly worth a little bit more!

DVDs & Blu-Ray work the same way. You'll get anywhere from .01¢ to $4. VHS tapes .01¢ to .25¢

Used records we generally pay up to $5.00 for records that are in very good condition and have good resale value, but we also pay pennies and nickels for records that are in poor condition or have little or no resale demand. Your Grandmother's Caruso records may be in beautiful condition, but are worth only pennies because not too many people are looking for Caruso records. The same goes for John Denver and Dan Fogelberg and lots '70s & '80s rock. However, if you have a record collection of vintage rock and R & B, or punk or new wave rock, or jazz and blues or classical records, and they're in good condition, we'll pay up to 25-50% of resale value. If we can sell something for $20 - $30, we'll gladly pay $10 - $15 dollars. But be prepared, "good" condition means really GOOD condition ... no scratches, no mold or dust, no tears or marks on the covers. Record buyers are very particular and demand quality, so we grade all of our records under a light to look for wear and tear.

We will also do house calls for large collections!

As fior 78s, very few of them have much value, so don't be offended if we offer pennies. 78s need to be in excellent condition to be worth anything and usually only jazz, blues, R & B and old timey country & western records have any demand.

And, it's the same for 7-inch singles, but there is a market for obscure rock and R & B 45s and also punk and new wave and late-1980s and 1990s indie rock. Again, we'll pay for things we can resell, otherwise, it's pennies.

Cassettes will bring you a penny a piece or less. If you're lucky. You're better off tossing in the trash, frankly. It's where they go from here! It's a dead configuration people.

WE PAY CASH. We offer you our top price cash. You can certainly use it to purchase other music in the store, but we don't offer more for trade.
